Exchange Eligibility

Customers can initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
All original tags and packaging must be intact
The product was not purchased during a sale or discount
The item is not custom-stitched, altered, or personalized
An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damage, missing items, or wrong product delivery

Exchange Process

Step 1: Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).

Step 2: Reverse shipping cost: ₹100 (to be borne by the customer).

Step 3: If reverse pickup isn't available in your pincode, you will have to self-ship the parcel to the address below.

Step 4: Once the product passes quality check, the exchange order will be processed.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale or discounted items
Custom-stitched or altered products
Accessories, innerwear, or intimate garments

Refund Policy

No refunds are applicable once the order is placed
Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order or before the status changes to "Processing"
Refunds (for valid cancellations only) will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days

GetGowns is not responsible for any damages or discrepancies discovered after the quality check process. Customers are requested to verify product condition before initiating any exchange.
