1. Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days from the date of confirmation.
• Once processed, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner Shiprocket.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.
• Deliveries to metro cities are generally faster, while remote or outstation locations may take longer.
• Note: During high-demand seasons, festivals, or unforeseen delays (such as weather or logistics disruptions), deliveries may take additional time.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time via Shiprocket.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• For special promotions, free shipping may be offered.

5. Service Coverage

• Shiprocket delivers to over 29,000+ pincodes across India.
• If your location is not serviceable, our customer care team will get in touch with you to provide alternate solutions.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If the order is not accepted or the address is incorrect, it will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
