Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments through secure third-party gateways (cards, UPI, wallets). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on location. Delays may occur during high demand or unforeseen issues.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations allowed within 24 hours of order or until status is 'Processing.' Refunds (if applicable) processed within 7 business days to original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns/refunds, only exchange under certain conditions. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.

Use of Platform

You agree not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent/illegal purposes. Copying, distributing, or exploiting content without written permission is prohibited.

Intellectual Property
